At baggy monk's we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns & Eligibility
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we will not be able to process any returns or exchanges.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags intact. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
You received a defective product.
You received a wrong product.
Size exchanges are possible. Please refer to the size chart before purchasing. To request a size exchange, email us at [your email] for approval.
Important Notes
Do not remove tags if you're considering a return. If tags are missing, we may decline the return.
COD charges are non-refundable for Cash on Delivery orders.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Tampered Packaging
If you notice that the package is damaged or tampered with, please reject the delivery immediately.
If you accept a damaged package, you must provide an unpacking video or clear images of the package (before and after opening) within 24-48 hours of delivery.
Defective Products (e.g., cuts or holes in apparel)
If your product has cuts, holes, or any defects, you must submit proof of an intact package with images or a video within 24-48 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days.

Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping & Returns
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when returning a product.
If the return is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
For high-value returns (above ₹10,000), we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to avoid any issues.
